A beautifully maturing pinot gris, the complex bouquet shows poached pear, golden apple, mandarin and floral characters. The palate delivers excellent fruit weight and richness, beautifully structured by crisp acidity. There's a hint of sweetness, making it a fabulous wine to drink now.
