Restrained and complex, this Alsace-inspired pinot gris shows white peach, fresh pear and spring blossom notes with hints of spice and flint. It is finely poised and balanced on the palate, while delivering lovely fruit richness and subtle savoury complexity. The finish is long and delicately dry.
